One last thing: I'd like to see these in the game. What are the proper words in legalese that say 'public domain this image' again?

Why do I think of the A.S.H.P.D. when I see those pictures?

Those are my encounters. Bloody hell, does ANYONE play those things?

Oh, ok.

New suggestion item: Weapon terminal ballistics effects.

If a section, weapon, or module of X hp gets hit by a weapon that does more than X dmg in one frame, make it 'splatter' and slightly damage adjacent sections. This represents its instantly melting and venting out into space. Overwhelmingly high damage (say say, 4x and up) will vaporize the target and severely damage neighboring sections like a bomb. This would look like a bluish-white flash which generates a shockwave.

Technically this isn't the BSF1 wishlist so that means I haven't stupided anything yet...I wants some of our ships that were balanced on stock ships to be put into the game when you download it.

Another one- Options menu available in-game. Sound effects/music volume/colors. As well, options in encounter mode, IE changing the soundtrack.

There is a limited options menu available in-game right now, press F10 once, twice if it kinda freezes up. I don't know if it has team colors in there, but I don't think so.

You can also click or press any other button to access it. There are sound/music volume controls available, and I believe you can change the currently playing track under the skirmish settings.

multi core ships.

when you set extra cores, the mirror function mirrors right allong an average line between the cores. the extra cores are desendents of the first core, so there is no funky extra parenting rules.

BUT!

if the main core is destroyed, everything is destroyed as usual, but the extra core(s) and thier desendents are NOT destroyed. they become new ships. otherwise, they behave as a section with a thruster on it, so if it's destroyed, the rest of the ship slows down.

Uses: a big juggernaught is destroyed, releasing hundereds of fighters, but only when the main ship is destroyed. or a ship has two very fancy wings, but is cored. the wings stay together, and float away, because of extra cores (with 0 speed, 0 acc., and 0 turn).

the ability to parent sections to multiple things, in 2 different ways:
1. if either gets destroyed, it gets trashed.
2 if both (or all 3, or 4, or...) get destroyed, it gets trashed.

edit: and, due to the fact that this was a blatant rip off of some earlier posts, a newer (i hope) suggestion: the ability to reverse targeting priority for some ships (they go for smaller first)

The ability to parent (or something similar to that) the core to a section or sections, so if that section or those sections are destroyed, the whole ship goes with it/them. This would be useful if you wanted to simulate a ship with one or more reactors which, when destroyed, would explode the ship. It would also allow you to make detailed fighters, because you could simply parent the core to the front section, so the ship would be destroyed when it loses the front section, despite there being more sections in between it and the core.

Already asked for and denied, unless I'm mistaken.

Much to my disappointment. :(

Brilliant! Someone have this man transferred to the Maw Installation immediately.
