Very impressive. Can you imagine if the ships in BSF were like that?
Imagine a ship builder with 3D sections and you could assemble your
own 3D battleship. Maybe he could get a job working with th15 on
BSF2. How cool would that be? 8)

They have in Galciv2, but it has a hardpoint system which doesn't give you the freedom our shipbuilder does.

Neato! I tried to make the hestia using a fantasy vehicle creator. It doesn't look that good or true to the design though, obviously.

He's using trueSpace.
If you look around, you can find an older version which is available for free.

Wow. That was awesome. Ask him to make the Hecate or the Arcas or one of those enormous overpowered custom capital ships.

I seem to remember someone starting to make a 3D version of the WCW. Or perhaps it was something else.... That could be continued.

If you want your ship done by MachinesInMotion (the guy responsible for the above pic) you'll have to win the original ship competition in the beauty contest.

Captain Trek, would you mind if I have a request? Please ask him if he's gonna release the model when he's done?

Can't recall that... Very cool anyway. Looking forward to the winner's ship being made.

The second one of yours looks better than that lime green one, mainly because its got a cooler "wing" shape. Its less flat than the one that started this thread.
