Well, tiny bit of problem with that theory. The ship has a broadside AI, thus positioning it's frontside AWAY from it's foes. Since It's so big there is little chance that you can actually damage the front prongs.
This only goes for this ship, though, and you're right. Smaller ships should be parented in a tree shape. Which is what I will be doing in future projects.

It's so big because it's supposed to be the kick-ass flagship of the Vilushan navy, which I'll be posting next week. Might be two weeks, though. The Titan is the first Vilushan ship i made, that's why it's posted here.
BTW, on the "any other name" option in the poll it says "please post". The name, that is.
On the parenting: I've tested it against one of those fast, hard-hitters you were talking about, and yes you're right. It does blow the guns off. I'll be changing the parenting, so don't worry. Maybe add ablative armour....naaah.
EDIT: Parenting fixed for the outer hull.
Inner structure will soon follow.

They're not. Period. The description is gonna say "rarely used in battle".There should be a tornament for ships of an uneeded nessary size, just to see how good these big ships really are.

Sorry for the double post, but i've got something to announce.
The next week is a holiday period where i live, so i'm going on a vacation. I will still be working on the Vilushan navy, but you won't see me online for a week. I'll be available next sunday, meaning the one after this one, and then I'll probably put some stuff up for download, and post replies. Anyways, 'till next week!
Just so you know i haven't misteriously dissapeared.
