I actually have most of the ships completed already, including arming, but in order to not make it so painfully obvious as to how to kill these things, I'll only be posting the unarmed hulls. (if I left anything on there, like the two flak guns on the Vassago, please ignore)
It's just an interesting quirk of fate that mad it so that if you rotate the ships 90 degrees, they look like demented faces...

To kick things off:
Scourge Assault Battleship Vassago

Main Armament:
4x Hell Lance-class Standard Beam Cannon
1x Hell Storm-class Heavy Beam Cannon
2x Torture-type Swarm Rocket Pod
Secondary Armament:
<Unknown>
"Like most Scourge ships, the Vassago is an attack-oriented design, with few weapons facing backwards. It isn't as heavily armored as a Leraje and only carries one Hell Storm cannon, but it has a pair of Torture-type swarm rockets, which is just as bad...if not worse. They can hit you from anywhere, and they're hellishly hard to dodge or intercept. I wouldn't stay in front of one of these for long. Or beside it, for that matter. It's not a winning strategy unless you've got something to soak up its fire or take off its beam cannons. Stay behind it and you should be fine though, as long as your PD holds up." - Captain Micheal A. Hunt, captain of the UIIFS Strike, Lightening-class Monitor.
Scourge Cruiser Abraxas

Main Armament:
2x Hell Lance-class Standard Beam Cannon
2x Inferno-class Medium Beam Cannon
"The Abraxas is basically a toned-down version of the Vassago used as an escort or as a solo strike cruiser. Its slightly smaller, isn't as heavily armored, and has a lighter weapons loadout. Its faster, but not by much. It's no Orcus, but it can put more than a dent in the side of a dreadnought before it goes down, so you would still be well advised to neutralize its main armament first. If you're in a smaller ship, all four of its main guns point forwards, which leaves most of its flanks and rear relatively undefended." - Admiral Harry S. Dick, UIIFS Downpour, Monsoon-class Carrier.
Scourge Heavy Carrier Oriax

2x Vengeance-type Assault Drone Launcher
2x Shard Storm-type Artillery Rocket Pod
1x Maelstrom-type Artillery Cannon
"The Oriax should really be called something other than a 'carrier'. There's something about it I can't quite place. Its drones are deadly for sure, but most of the time, it just sits back and pounds us with its long-range weaponry. If you can hit them, they can't take much punishment, but most of the time, you won't be able to get close enough to fire a beam cannon. It's got some sort of nano-jump drive allowing it to get away from being surrounded and pummel us from outside our effective engagement range. It's a hell lot more effective at providing suppression fire than our Monsoons, that's for sure." - Rear Admiral Joshua N. Leviticus, UIIFS Maelstrom, Maelstrom-class Battlecruiser.
"I'd rather face a Vassago - at least I can get a hit on the damn thing!" - Captain Jen R. Ickerson, UIIFS Rain, Squall-class Frigate.
Scourge Broadside Battleship Leraje

Main Armament:
4x Hell Lance-class Standard Beam Cannon
2x Hell Storm-class Heavy Beam Cannon
"The Leraje is an oddity amongst the Scourge main fleet elements. not a single one of its six beam cannons are capable of facing forward. It instead prefers to broadside its targets. While statistically carrying superior firepower to the Vassago, only three of its weapons can face a single target at a given time. While nonetheless a deadly opponent, due to the lack of forward armament, it is easy to stay out of its firing arcs, or to pummel it as it approaches." - Admiral Harry S. Dick, UIIFS Downpour, Monsoon-class Carrier.
Scourge Logistics Craf Asag

Main Armament:
6x Brimstone-class Light Beam Cannon
"It's a logistics ship its marked as a non-combatant craft, but seeing as it outguns our frigates, I don't think that's too accurate a designation. They're no match for something its own size, but the fact that their logistics craft is well-armed enough attack lightly defended convoys of our own is disturbing. It's weapons coverage is, thankfully, pretty poor." - Captain Micheal A. Hunt, captain of the UIIFS Strike, Lightening-class Monitor.
"I curse the existence of this ship. They give command an excuse to skimp on sending reinforcements by saying 'it's just a freighter'. Well, it is a freighter, but one that can punch through a frigate!" - Captain Jen R. Ickerson, UIIFS Rain, Squall-class Frigate.
