The Frog Light

Archives for ships and fleets. 'nuff said. Most of the ships here are very very old and will not work in current versions of BSF or SM. You have been warned!

Can you explain it a bit? Any modded weapons? what are its stats? Any fleet you're working on that will have this ship?

EDIT: wait, did you aegis every single part or are those parenting lines? It's either a wankship or really bad parented. :?

From the design I imagine its designed just to look cool, which means it can't be a wankship because its using aegis for ascetics not defense.

Umm, Khanhas sent me a private message just now that only said this...
The link brought me to this thread. I'm sure that counts as spam, which is of course against the rules, but what I can't understand is why he would send a private message to me when I haven't visted this forum in ages and thus have made any recent posts this newbie would have been likely to see... I suppose he must have just gone into 'memberlist' and sent PMs to people with the highest post counts, myself included.

I'm a little annoyed to be honest. You don't abuse the PM system for the purposes of advertising your custom ships, now do you?

Yay. A noob that's annoying, builds lousy ships and gets angry when you comment his English. How magnificent. :|

Wow, that's pretty sad. But if he really wants commentary on his ship, I think I'll offer him some.

It's horrid. The only way it could be worse is if it was a handful of sections slapped together into some random geometric shape and then covered in aegis. Oh, wait. Nevermind, that's what it is already. It's not particularly original, or clever, and doesn't deserve any attention, really. Still, I suppose there's some sucker out there who'd like it. There always is.
From the design I imagine its designed just to look cool, which means it can't be a wankship because its using aegis for ascetics not defense.
That's the weakest argument I've heard. It's covered from head to toe in aegis. The same effect can be achieved using boosters, without making the ship nearly indestructable. It's a wank-ship, regardless of his reasoning behind it. And the word is "aesthetics", not "ascetics". Ascetic means something completely different.

It's a website. You've seen it? Some guy that reviews video games at amazing speed and with a lot of sarcasm and humor. He explained the ending of assassin's creed like this. "It's like you have a good meal and when you ask for the bill the chef just comes up and farts in your face I mean what's up with that?" (He actually speaks like that, no kidding.)

He sure is. Check out his webpage, and some of the games he made. Oh, and there's a 48min podcast somewhere out there also. And, I recommend the one about the 2007 game awards or something like that.

Still one of the best:

Imagine if Anna did that for custom ships. :D

Not that that's actually worth the effort really.

EPIC WIN.

(ZP, I mean, not the ships)

I first found the site as a random link for a Halo 3 review . . .
