It is awesome the way you make your ships remain cohesive although not symmetrical. How the heck do you keep in mind of that?

Several things. One, I like the Manticorian ships and I assume there'll be more then just frigates in their fleet. Two, what do the capital letters in brackets stand for? Three, well done with the use of drones, I was thinking of making a ship with pretty much nothing but drones but you beat me to it, and you made a whole fleet of them. Four, the ships are awesome, keep up the good work.

To answer your question: The letter denotes the frigate's configuration:

(P) = Missile
(EW) = Electronic Warfare
(MR) = Multi-Role
(C) = Command
None = Non-pod design

Alright, classing makes sense, except that I don't see how Flaks are classified as electronic warfare or how P=missile. Anyway, great ships, keep it up.

Actually is missile pods
and the flak is to bring peace of mind to the EW crews. After all what happens to the shots once you've slowed them done?

For the people who want to know what the acronyms mean:

LL = Laser Load out
GL = Graser* Load out

*Graser is the Manticorian term for a alined photon beam weapon.

And I know the aegis is off color....

So, how do you like 'em?

Very nice ships, and thank you for telling me what loadouts the letters stand for before I even had to ask. I like how these drones are directly behind the corvettes while the frigate's drones are behind them but to the side so they can be killed without killing the frigate itself (if you have an aegis killing weapon). A question, are all of the Manitcorian ships going to use drones or just the smaller ones? Also, will the fighters (if there are fighters) use drones or will they be drones (or something of that sort? Anyway, keep up the good work.

On the drone question: smaller ships don't have the reactor requirements necessary for a pod design so they don't have pods. Oh, and to kill the drones, just kill the section that has the aegis for it.

Fair enough for both answers. With the corvettes, it's still harder to kill the drones because you have to blast through the whole ship, while with the frigates, the drones are parented to the outside of the ship.

I was reading about one of the Jagatharian ships, and:
