Viscount-class Dreadnaught

I was sitting here and decided to do something with the engine concepts and the two new parts added in the most recent (not 3.0!) shipmaker update.

Thus, I present the Viscount-class Dreadnaught. Made as a direct opponent to the Executor-class Dreadnaught, the Viscount is bigger, stronger, faster, and shootier, in true Orky fashion.

Wait, Orkz didn't build this. Nevermind that, then. It is, however, still bigger, stronger and faster. And shootier.

Armed with enhanced megabeams, the Viscount is a fair opponent for the Executor, and should be a fairly even match. Make note that the damage output of the weaponry was increased, to allow the Viscount's total damage output match that of the Executor. It barely has enough deflectors to protect it's entire front arc, meaning it is extra vulnerable to flanking attacks (given the much lower level of defensive weaponry) compared to the Executor, though it's higher HP gives it somewhat of a boost.

HP: 1900
Speed: 0.75
Turning: 0.55
AI Range: 700
Acceleration: 0.04

WEAPONS:
Rear/Flanks;
8x Mega Beam
12x Demeter Launcher
6x Point Beam

Forward;
16x Mega Beam
20x Point Beam
4x Extended Range Frosch Cannon (Range 1000)
6x Viscount Siege Laser*

*These specially modified siege lasers do three times the damage of the standard mega beam mounted on the Viscount, but reload over twice as fast (not counting boosters) and have improved range.

MODULES:
4x Booster
6x Impeder
8x Nanomatrix
25x Deflector Shield Generator
2x Flux Shield Projector
2x Gosling Launcher

Notes; the 10 front-most megabeams all have range 750. The Siege Lasers have range 1250, and the other megabeams have range 1300. This is to account for the sheer length of the vessel and to allow it to bring all of it's firepower to bear.

All other megabeams have stock range, but their damage has been increased to 5. Thus the Siege Lasers have a damage of 15.

Despite the shape of the ship and the layout of the deflectors, it is not meant to have any religious significance. It just happens to have taken that shape. Anyone arguing about this will get a slap on the wrist.

The Executor stats on page 7 of the custom ships gallery thread are outdated. The Viscount is superior to the version released in the megapack (alongside the Executor Mark II, Sovereign, Acclamator, etc.)

Man, you really love those engines I came up with. :P Nice ship, too. It's suitably overpowered.

What can I say? It's a really nice design (the engines, that is). Ships need more purely cosmetic engines! (Though as you can see I've been adding thruster modules, which looks pretty sweet when they're on the move. ;))

Ironic, seeing as my old colour scheme used red highlights instead of blue. ;)
