lol it is. You built the outside first so the inside is parented to the outside
That parenting is HORRID. Or looks much like that. A LOT like that actually.
Also, the uberstretch, tiling and mirroring fails. And if that's supposed to be an Interdictor with an O, or an Immobilizer-418 cruiser, its missing its Gravity Well Generators - those things are the sole purpose it exists. Its in no way near the size or power an ISD or VSD, much less larger than it.
That thing is pretty wrong. I know its not done yet, but I just couldn't keep myself from criticizing it since the Interdictor is one of my favorite imperial craft...and that, dear sir, pains me.
Quickfix solutions:
-Start over. Try not to stretch so much, and make it smaller.
-Build from inside out. Not outside in. that would solve a lot of parenting issues, not to mention that bad mirroring near the middle.
-GravWells! Give it Gravwells! It needs its GRAVWELLS!!
Unless of course, that's the eclipse...then ungh...I don't know what to say...its still missing its gravwells (its got two).
The stretch and mirroring and parenting is still horrid.
The only thing that changes is that its now too small instead of too big.

Dude i can't stress how much you need to start on the inside! 1: your core is placed at the front/back. 2: parenting is horrid when you start on the outside. 3: if the front peices goes boom, say bye bye to the whole ship...

You're moving in the right direction; but I'd scrap it (or at least start a different file) and try it again from the inside out and see what you get.
You're definitely getting better at this, so keep trying.
Finally, when making ships of this size, unless you WANT to make them extremely vulnerable, have the entire weapon inside a section (nothing poking out), maybe even one section back, or further.
