I've played it on the psp and it was awesome!!
PS2 version is better. And if you like realistic soldier games, Flashpoint is a must. Itll really change the way you view "realistic" soldier games in the future.

I meant the PS2 version of Killzone, but the rest was about Operation Flashpoint.

An RTS with space combat and planetary combat, where you design your own race and all its units and technologies, you move fleets of starships anywhere in the galaxy or universe, not just in between systems. You have maps of whole planets where you can build many bases and use sensor sweeps from your orbital craft and also drop supplies, uinits, and warp in or deploy structures. There would be stuff like trade and relations between races, and there would be random ancient alien tidbits and natural disasters, like coronal mass ejections and whatnot. Each planet could build some supertechnology like a Deathstar laser or a planetary shield or a gigantic drive to move it out of harm's way. Your civilization could advance from Type 1 (controlling the resources of 1 planet)
to Type 4 (controlling the resources of the universe), or go for acension to a higher plane of existance. Like all of Science Fiction at your fingertips.

I may add more to this if I decide it needs anything more.

try not to make it to complex u know :))...u still want to be able to play it :P... and you should probably play Galactic Civilizations or wait till spore is released if u are willing to give up on space fights and just settle for planetary invasions and wars in a universe of over 20.000.000 planets :P

Yeah I'm really excited about Spore.

And maybe my game should come with pre-made races to start with.

spore is something I imagined as a kid, so it might just be a dream come true :D...and I don't know about races, But there is a lot of content you can use (I guess you should just hope that content contains races). If not then it will just turn into a romantic night between you and the creature editor :))...and then you could just enjoy the spawns or creations of your love :X.

sorry...I just felt the need to Quote that from one of my friends =))

Mine would be a BSF with 3d grafics and gameplay and a huge massive multiplayer mode. :D
oh, and voice command, hugely improved ship, weapons and mode editor, etc...

But while thet don't happens, its Colony Wars, for sure.

you guys surely love BSF :D, but once that game was almost made "freelancer" if you know it, but they gave up the major flag ships and just restrained themselves to normal ships (biggest ships being transports and large fleet ships). Sure ships where not as easily made in as in BSF but the modding community surely gave you a big number of ships to choose from. :P

Black and White with less city planning and chores. People should be able to get their own grain and build their own stuff, and look to you when weather turns bad or when somebody needs to be struck by lightning.

It probably wouldn't be as difficult as it might seem. All it would need is a ship editor with X-Y-Z positioning and rotation (imagine the TES Construction Set, but for making ships) a mirror function and a way to parent the sections.

Kinda like this: EDIT: I remembered that sections should have scale X and scale Y, so they have been added. EDIT2: Z axis scale is also a requirement. Added.
