Let me just say, as a fan of both series, that Ichigo would stomp the crap out on Naruto. That's assuming Naruto could even SEE Ichigo, since characters in Naruto have shown no ability at all to see spirits.

You know, this might just be me, but is Ichigo a spirit? I know he's a death god, but does that make him a spirit as well?

Watch Bleach. When he's in his Shinigami form, he is a spirit, and quite very invisible.
