I've just been looking at this myself, the second decimal in the turret speed of a missile tube affects the tracking speed of the missile, and others have already mentioned how to keep the tube itself stationaryExethalion wrote: By the way, is it possible to get missiles to fire out of the tubes and then curve towards the target, without the tubes themselves rotating towards the target?

Actually, most of the weapons on Ragnarok are not modified. Where did you get that Idea? It's loaded with modded weapons of some form. One of the main ones being it's railguns. But yea, every single weapon on it is modded in some way.
Ragnarok:
-Quad Blasters: Clipsize 8, damage 40
-Beamers (front two): some clipsize I forgot, damage 30 (Translates to a couple thousand damage in one firing round.)
-Railguns: Clipsize 4
-Gattling Pulses: No reload
I think the Shock Beamers are modded too, but I don't remember how. The Horatio Nelson has a bunch of modded weapons too, I think it had 40 damage long-range Pulse Guns and some damage upped Beamers, but I didn't look too much into it.
