Interplanetary Trade Agreement (ITA)
Declaration of War Agreement (DWA)1) All member nations' vessels of the IPKO are to carry IPKO-standard location transmitters during travel through other nations' space.
- Any vessel not carrying such a transmitter is to be considered not part of the IPKO, regardless of nation of origin.
- Any vessel may be searched at any time by the governing authorities of the sector though which the vessel travels.
2) All vessels must remain within trade routes and comply with armament regulations defined by the governing authorities of that sector, unless permission is given.
- Any vessel bearing illegal arms or traveling out of defined trade routes may be considered a threat and is at the hands of the sector authorities
3) The following items may be traded freely with any other IPKO nation:
- Non-halucinagenic, non-living medical supplies, equipment, and materials
- Non-radioactive, non-toxic precious metals, metals, composites, building materials, plastics, paper products, synthesized substances, and glass products.
- Plant and vegetable products
- Sterile organisms (unable to multiply)
4) The following items are to be resticted by IPKO nations:
- Radioactive, toxic, carcinogenic, halucinagenic, and hazardous materials
- Non-inspected or non-approved food and drugs
- Weapons of mass destruction, biological weapons, chemical weapons, nuclear devices, antimatter, singularity devices, and weapons capable of causing a damage radius larger than 1 mile.
1) Any nations mutually declaring war are to be prevented from fighting within occupied space.
- Conflicting nations may be escorted to an defined unoccupied sector to battle without civilian casualties
- Any nation is free to carry out police activities within its own territory, with the assistance of neigboring nations if requested.
- Any nation attacking another nation's territory will be immediately banned from the IPKO, and the nation under attack may request and recieve assistance from any nation of the IPKO in removing the attackers.
