Hi there.
The ship is actually quite decent, especially for a newcomer.
One thing that strikes me is how those weapons stick out and look like they were slapped on there without any thought.
Outlining for the sake of outlining itself is not the best idea either. And like Crazyeyes24 said, could do with some more colors.

Mmm, I like it... especially the glow. the twin blasters are in awkward/crappy positions, however. Keep them behind the outline, and only use depthing when it looks good. I also suggest replacing the twin blasters with particle rifles.

Lot a whole lot to add, really. It's a very nice start, good shape and peice usage. I especially like the nacelle construction. The outlining works with the glowing parts color wise, and is, perhaps by sheer stroke of luck, not as extraneous as it almost was. The lack out outlining on the back of the nacelles combines with the outlining nearby to produce an interesting effect. You should study that area and use it as an example of how selective use of outlining can make a huge difference in a ship, implying depth and shape that wouldn't otherwise be there. One thing that bugs me is the rectangular white chunk right aft of the glowing center piece. It may not be a bad element in itself, but the sharp, stark white lines contrast to the rather fuzzier surrounding lines in a markedly unpleasant way.
Also I edited your post from a link to an embedded image. You're free to change it back, but I think you'll get more attention this way, and you deserve that.
