Just to be clear, you don't need to post in here saying "yeah, I'll probably sign up". Just post the ship when you can, and until then, I don't really care. Clear? Your ships are what I care about. Your statements of interest in joining mean nothing to me.

No one goes on the list until they've actually posted their damn ship.

Ok ok, that's fine with me. I just thought that I needed to post a notification that I would be joining the pageant, like all other tourneys. Since you've clarified the matter, I'll get working on the prototype now.

I guess I'll join with a recoloured Lindwyrm Titan. Original Ships category as well. I might not be able to win, but what the heck.

The Dark Orion Lindwyrm Titan is a heavily modified basic Lindwyrm, and has an assortment of powerful weaponry, solidifying its standing as a Dreadnought-class ship. The ship is armed with multiple Dark Matter Cannons, as well as a Devilstorm Cannon. The ship uses two prototype iridium reactors that can generate twice the output of the original uranium reactors, thus improving damage greatly. Just the sight of this behemoth can instill fear in anyone.

This ship came about as the result of a need of a ship to counter the Cybron Daemon class-ships, and was constructed at the Orion Industries lunar shipyard. Currently, only one Titan exists, designated the OIM Doombringer.

I'll enter in the original ships category, and either post the ANS Richard Wagner or a ship from the UCS, I'm not sure yet. I'm not sure yet on the fleet category, but I'll defenitly post a fanship. Tha' OK?

EDIT: I'm wondering, can I also post a fanfleet? CIS, FTW!

As I said a few posts back, you do not need to inform me of your decision to enter. Just post up your entry/entries, and I'll add you to the roster. You can submit one thing to each category, i.e. One original ship, one fleet, one fanship.

I'm afraid not. There is no category for fanfleets.

May I also remind everyone that the rules state submissions are to be posted with a .shp file and a picture.

Corvettes

Porretti corvette

The Porretti light corvette is the Alliance's main patrol ship. Used to guard borders, scan unknown territories and investigate peculiar situations, this corvette is fast, but packs a vicious punch with it's dual rapid-fire string-disruptor cannons.

Frigates

Chopin light frigate

The Chopin is the most common ship in the Alliance navy. Relatively fast, but lightly armed, it is mainly used as a patrol ship or escort vessel.

Keller assault gunboat

A small, unimpressive ship, the Keller uses a new instant jump hyperdrive to perform hit and run attacks with it's two plasma banks.

destroyers

Verdi assault destroyer

The Verdi is the mainstay of the IAN. It's powerful enhanced quad disruptor cannons can challenge larger battleships on equal grounds, while
a drone fighter complement can distract enemy PD or damage faster ships.

Cruisers

Mozart heavy cruiser

The Mozart is the Alliance's main heavy enforcement cruiser. Used only in heavier engagements, this vessel carries heavy disruptor cannons that can eat chunks out of even the largest battleships.

Carriers

Vivaldi combat carrier

Used as the IAN's most common drone carrier, the Vivaldi's main purpose is to distract enemy PD and deliver PD support with it's own particle batteries.

Bach Supercarrier

The largest Alliance production vessel in existence, the Bach carries hundreds of attack drones, and heavy offensive weaponry. It's main purpose is to serve as a mission command ship, and to deliver long range fire support.

Dreadnoughts

Nikolai Dreadnought

The Nikolai is the Alliance's single most heavy battleship yet mass-prduced. It's twin Super-heavy antimatter cannons can easily fend off hevy ships, while multiple batteries of heavy and light disruptor cannons can defeat equal or smaller enemies with great speed.

Instruments of War

ANS Ricard Wagner

A towering ship, the ANS Richard Wagner measures a dozen kilometers in length, and carries the firepower of an entire Alliance battlegroup. It's heavy disruptor weapons can shred entire fleets to pieces, while it's main gun has the power output to destroy a small moon with a few shots. The Wagner is the Pride of the IAN, and serves as a command ship for Grand-Admiral Irving Newark.

Although it will probably not even compare to some of the steller designs that will be posted, here is my ship the Hysteria!

By the way, this is an original ship.

The Hysteria class cruiser was created by the Hunter fleets Aurium Industries to serve as a carrier and anti-capital destroyer. The abundance of fighter hangers allows for the quick dispersal of it's entire complement of 18 fighters. The weapon of real significance is the massive forward firing devastator beam, which is capable of cutting through even the toughest armor in a matter of seconds. the beam itself had a habit of being inaccurate, so the addition of refraction fields was necicarry. however, the only true vulnerability which prevented the mass production of the Hysteria Class is it's speed. this makes it vulnerable to attacks from the sides.
