Sure, why not? I'm dubious about the point values, but it doesn't mean it's not going to be obviously bad. I just don't see anyone making frigates, that's all.

EDIT: You know what, you need to seriously re-tool this. It's basically impossible to build a frigate that stands up to scratch. Hell, frigates I've built for other tournaments (with minimal sections and weapons) come out with 30 more points left over for maneuverability when built as battleships, more than enough to compensate! It's even worse if you allow battleships 8 thrusters, because that cuts into the "advantage" of frigates even further.

I've just been waiting for a official time to be set, and have already worked on a few models for this one. Theres alot of interest in this one actually, people are just waiting for you to set a date for submission. Then I bet you would have a very good turn out. Why wait months for people, better to set a date now then people will flood in. So when is the submission deadline? Otherwise were simply gonna be sittin here waiting and this tourney will be shelved until time there is a date set and things move forward. Again theres alot of interest, but in my opinon no one is posting cuz there is no time frame. Set some kind of date, and have a list of those who want to particapate. Then you will see just how much interest you have here actually. I'm super interested

I've done a slight tweak to speeds/thrusters, making Frigates stand out more. Since you want a Dead line, I'll make it May 24th, giving you about 6 more weeks.

Awsome, please edit your title so people will know there is a deadline. Lots of folks don't dig through threads, and showing there is a date set in the title. Will show you are serious about this one, and that people should be too. I really like what you having going here again, and am glad your keeping up with it. Thanks again for offering such a great oppurtunity for a solo show down amongst the players.
