Colour scheme is a little haphazard. Perhaps try putting a few sections of a colour beside each other to form larger groups of colour rather than having every section a different colour.

Choice of color is all right, placement of colors? Not so good, generally you use colors to define groups of sections, randomly coloring sections kinda defeats the purpose of it.

It looks fairly fragile for it's size. Good colorwork, but as Iburn said, bad internal work. Try to use less shrinking and stretching, and a more restricted selection of sections. Don't make it repetitive, though.
