Probably the funniest cartoon scene compilation I have ever seen. I seriously lold my ass off when I first saw this. In fact I sometimes bust out laughing at random times during the day when ever I think about it

For any of you who saw the street fighter cartoon it was pure punishment for anyone who watched 1 episode of it. The person that made the compilations also has many other cartoon compilations of other stupid cartoons made during the 1990s.

Ha, I loved that part too
I also loved the part where the guy shrinks as hes exiting the elevator XD
And in part 2 where the guy was like "So Bison! How does it feel to be on the receiving end!"
