Shipmaker Backgrounds
Alright, I got a little fed up with the uncentered default background, of unknown pixel length, and made a couple of my own.
This is what I use to build normally, to simplify the area and to let you see the ship outline without little boxes everywhere. Centerline defaults in exact center.

This is 10x10, and the brighter lines are 100x100. Centered.

This one is simple, just a white background to see holes in sections and gaps between sections to fix them.

Shipmaker doesn't handle tiling so well. While ideally a 1x1 pixel image would work best by conserving disk space, it lags the living shit out of Shipmaker. Stay with large images.Arcalane wrote:If your background is just one flat colour you can tile a smaller image, you know.

While we personally side with Blackridge Pharma, on this issue, Iron Ham Industries would like to publicly distance itself from this comments of Blackridge, as these may be seen as rather unprofessional.BlkRdgPharmPRSTAFF wrote:NO UArcalane wrote:You're doing it wrong.

Your humor is shcocking, my dear Arca.Arcalane wrote:Did someone call for Dr. Freud?Ninteen45 wrote:Maybe a cross between the desired size will prevent lag and conserve the proper dick space.
Now calm down.
