You should change the restrictions for pirates and give some restrictions to the military.
For Example:
Pirates can use weapon types XYZ and must have frigates or destroyers.
Military can use weapon types ABC and can only build battleships and destroyers.
Don’t worry it has airbags.

the tournament is almost over, so i can't really make any more rule changes, but for the next juggernaut tournament, ill probably do that, thanks.

I was toying with the idea and came up with some weapon restrictions:
Pirates exclusively get:
Weasel Gun
Gat Blasters
Gat Pulses
Mining Beams
Scatter Beams
Pulsars
Military exclusively get:
Rotating Blaster
Mega Tac
Plasma Charges
Mega Beamers
Rail Guns
Demeter Pod Launcher
- Everything else everyone gets
- Limit Max Speed to 5

I don't have all the ships, only a few. guys can you please hurry? I know the pirates are taking time to rebuild the juggernaut to fit with their weaponry but I don't have forever to do this.

I think its only fair to tell everyone that we, the pirate team has receive the juggernaut and are re-arming it to fit the game this ended up being.

@military: Just so you know, this is being done because the current Juggernaut is so weak, basically any frigate can kill it.
Office hours: 12:30-2:00 PST M-F, in #BSF.
