Yes I know this is similar and different to the AtM tournament, but I tried to make it as different as possible instead of just a AtM with different rules. Anyway here it is. if you think this is just lame just say so, and if most of the people say its lame and/or not enough people join, ill just get rid of it.
The pirates have practicly outdone themselves this time. They are attempting to contruct a ship that will be used to dsestroy the military! You can choose between the pirate or the military side. Military get hulking dreadnoughts, while pirates get raiders. However, the pirates will be assisting the Juggernaut in this battle. This will change the turnout of the battle drasticly
, however we need some pirate players and remember you can join both pirate and military.

It is still being built, but we captured a few of the designs and discovered that it was going to be symettrical.

-Each Section can have only up to 3 weapons/modules.
-Parenting must be LOGICAL.
-Sections must not overlap more than 75% of another.
-Aegis'd sections must have a 40 degree gap in between them when measured from the core, and must not cover more than 130 degrees when measured from the core.
-Remember you can use deflectors with aegis deflectors, but please respect the limits.
-All weapons must have a normal arc or less.
-You can set any AI range you want.
-You can set any AI except kamakaze AI, no KM's allowed.
-Any ship must not exceed 150 points
-Pirates are restricted to frigate class.
-Sections can be resized to only up to 3 times. You can shrink sections but I don't see why you would want to do that. Sections can not be shrunk to the point that they are invisible.
Remember that you are fighting other players ships, not just the Juggernaut, so be sure to make it so your ship works well with your fleet and also is effective against the enemies.
Taking all this into account, get ready to design your killing machine!
