well uh.. how the heck do I pick alien? or the fifth for that matter?
right click --> change colour --> default color ----> 1. type 1 (its player) 2. type 2 (its ally) 3. type 3 (its pirate) and uh.. that's pretty much all that can be found from that menu, so I'm lost in space and confuzzled ^__^'
you were right, I tested it with a quick shoddy alien ship, picked type 2, allied one became that cyan we all know (and love? ), and the enemy did indeed become that alium purple o.o .. a suggestion would to name type 2 allied/alien instead its confusing
as a sidenote, never make anything that has 4 point beams, an impeder and only interceptable weapons, and pit two of them against each other. bleeergh after they destroyed each other's scatterbeams by .. well, scattering with beams, they just kept shooting down the pipes of each others' tachyon guns with point beams both waiting for a mega-tachyon gun to charge up ..
Hey, th15...about the Unknown Beta colours, are they going to appear in the game in the future? Because in the bfconfig file, there's the heading "Razor Alien Colours" inside for the colour selection...
yes but fleet color scheme > manually choosing colors for every single damn piece you have in your ship and if you change colors later, some of the ships might look odd and your custom painted ship will always look the same
