Practice Targets
They come in 4 levels of power and each level has an armament of a projectile, beam, or missile weapon.
This makes for twelve different practice targets available.
They aren't meant to be pretty or powerful, but they are expected to fill a role. That role is, to be shot at.
They are color coded based on difficulty.
Their lower than normal section count means they can be used in larger test battles than normal ships.
All targets have Flanking AI.
