If we have a 'destroy the mothership' themed part in th competition how about we make the size a maximum of 250 and speed a maximum of one, accel .5 and turning .5.
also possibly allowing it to have one ultra heavy mount (2000 mass 800 energy)
fixed 200 mass
mobile 400 mass

Do you mean just up he cap, have a separate capital class division, or what? Also, would we be building the mother ship, soloing it, or cooperating to take it down?

The mount probably won't be allowed, I feel that vidboi probably won't want to see weapons that powerful. Sidewinders, though could be interesting if they could skirt shields.

ok, i've downloaded all ships and i'll check them within the next 24 hrs

and basically, with this competition you can either choose to have a heavily shielded ship, a high dps ship or a fast ship (or any combination really) each has advantages and disdvantages, and these can change depending upon how much they are specialised (e.g a high dps ship may be able to break a partly shield focused ship, but a heavily shield focused ship may be able to weather it's bombardment)

The Trilobite Crusier! Some long-slumbering avatar of eld is wakened, and it's wrath is terrible!

So, yeah, this is the crusier of the second set I'm entering (if that's not permissible, assume that this set will replace the older one). I'm much happier with the actual handling of this ship and the way it fares in combat than the other set, so while I lurves me some space crustaceans, I'd rather have this represent me.

Pyrophage, I was trying out the Trilobite and noticed that the regen on the nano matrix is 150, rather than the 15 I believe it should be. You may want to check on that.
