The Pendulum Mark II
Its been said lately that the Pendulum isn't such a big hit now a days .
So the Federation, of course, with the alliance of the Stellar Beings
of BG 24-A4, had come up with a new design for the Pendulum, this new
design isn't far from the original Pendulum. The new design didn't just
wanted new stuff, It begged for it. Thus the Pendulum Mark II RED, BLUE, and GREEN
was born. Able to annihilate fleets after fleets of scumbags. Unable to separate one from
the others, bound by laws, bonded by blood. The Captains of the new
PM II we're clones, able to think like their brothers, this separates them from
other fleets.
The Federation and The Stellars were in agreement that those
lucky enough to board the 3 PM IIs are to serve both Nation.

Extremely Dangerous in short range
Cons: Low Damage, Useless in Mid-Long Range assaults.

Before some of the other members tear you apart, keep these things in mind.


Using aegis, fake or not, usually is not attractive. Especially when you're just a beginner.

Extreme contrast, such as red and black, frequently causes an eye-burn and is frowned upon.

Try to avoid really dark sections.

Other than that, you have a decent concept. Just make the sections lighter and get rid of the aegis so we can see the ship better and hopefully give better feedback.

Let's put it this way... aegis is like... pepper. Spicy hot pepper, the more it stands out the spicier it is. Which means that of the composition of the dish, less than 1% of it should be aegis. Currently, on your ship, the aegis' contrast with your ship's color makes it near the range of pepper spray. What are you trying to do with our eyes, burn them?

Here's another tip: go try out the SW style. It's easier to make a good ship with and few people even stay with the old style now anyways.

Your ship's shape in general seems decent, although everything is so dark I can't really tell what is actually going on.

Oh my god my eyes!!!! i can't see!!!!!! my eyes!!!!!!! maybe your familiar with the term eyeburn, because your most definateley not familiar with term subtle use of aegis however its an interesting concept to remake the pendulum you have simply made a complete hash of it.

I'm going to have to agree with most of what they've said. Additionally, green and red don't go well together. I suggest you try a different, less contrasting colorscheme. The easiest way is to build the ship in shades of grey, so you can figure out the shading more easily, and color afterward. Or just add colored doodads.

Whatever folder you installed BSF in\Custom sprites\Doodads
Also look at the middle of the sidebar, below the modules.
