Since eating that rat you feel quieter, sneakier, and the child remains soundly sleeping as you creep up to the bed. Drawing the dagger you retrieved from the drunk's body, cover the boy's mouth and slice open his throat, ending him quickly. Then you're left with a tasty treat!

But while you were quiet in your sneaking, you weren't so quiet in your eating, and you hear thumping and talking. A man and a woman. You can't make out what's being said, but you hear a man coming up the stairs. All that remains of the child is a pool of blood and a few chunks of gore. What do you do now?

I say we climb out the window and hide on the roof to overhear the couple discovering the loss of their child, it may be educational. If we get noticed going out the window then run like the wind!

Awareness. Ambush both adults as they come up and kill them. Eat them, then search through their clothing to find anything useful. Then set fire to the room you're currently in, destroying all evidence. Move to another building away from the fire, and assess the inevitable comotion you have caused

After consuming the child, you slip under the bed, lying in wait as the father comes upstairs, alerted by the noise you made. He comes into the room with a candle lighting up the room, and approaches the bed, "By the..."

While he's stunned by the sight of his child's bed, you attempt to slash at his ankles, but somehow the father sees you and avoids the blow. You slip out from under the bed, lunging at him. A furious exchange of blows, the father yelling the whole time, ends with him lying unconscious on the ground. You take the opportunity to slash his throat open, then turn as the mother runs in, screaming.

A swift thrust of your knife ends the racket she's causing and you're left with two more fresh meals. You made a lot of noise. Somewhere nearby is no doubt to wonder what occured in this home, but still... you eat what you kill.
