According to actual word from Anna. The two above submissions are officially void, I am also to act as his official on this matter while he's away.

To pass on the word, all submissions must have screenshots or they don't count at all. Furthermore, newbies are to stay away from this project until they have some practice shipbuilding on their own and working in the community.

Any comments towards this should be sent to Anna via PM.

I downloaded the Francis006 to check it out.

Ok, who is the person that has sections in the wrong location. From the error log :

Missing sprite!

Custom sprites\TSA_GF\TSA_Ura037.png
Custom sprites\TSA_GF\TSA_Ura054.png
Custom sprites\TSA_GF\TSA_Ura077.png

As you can see from TSA's Custom Content forum entry ( http://www.wyrdysm.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=4612 ) all the TSA_Uraxxx sprites are supposed to be in the TSA_Uraki_SW folder, not the TSA_GF folder!

(((edit))) Oh yeah, the parenting on the arms is screwed up too so whoever gets it next should correct that.

I am missing the glowing sprites, so putting them back in shouldn't count against your total of 8 segments removed/added.

Okay, additional rules that I hope to god are simple enough for people to follow:

1) All ships should be posted with a picture.
2) All ships should be packaged with the sprites used in it. These is REALLY EASY. Click "Tools", Click "Export Custom Sprites". The sprites will be dumped in a folder. Take that folder, move it out of your main BSF folder. Rename it as "Custom sprites". Package it in your zip with Francis ###.sb4 and then I won't be compelled to snap your neck.

EDIT: In case anyone is wondering why this looks nothing like the thing LactoseTolerant posted, that's because the thing Lactose Tolerant posted ISN'T IN THE .SB4. I have the Francis_007.sb4 off FileSmelt, and it's practically unchanged.

Changed the nose a bit, and added to the forward prongs, which I interpreted as structural braces for another pair of wings.

That's not what I was thinking of when I added them... which is why I love pseudo-chainshipping! You never know how it's going to come out. And Francis is coming along awesomely. Who's next?

I'm sorry but that just looks awful. It completely clutters and destroys those wings, and it's too... brickish in shape.

I did the best I could with the additions made to the rear wings... I think they'll do for now. They've heavily unbalanced the ship, though, so we'll definitely need to make it much larger in the front.

Thanks for the commentary. Perhaps you'd like to contribute...? I mean, anyone can. I'd prefer if newer members who don't even have ten posts to their name refrain from doing so, but other than that, anyone can grab it and add to it, if they follow the rules.

It's so easy to take the ship and add eight sections I'm wondering why more people aren't getting involved, really.

Oh, I'd love to, but I don't really have much confidence in my skills. I'll probably post my most recent ship some time, and that may make it clear why. But I may try before too long.
