I imagined it going over other pieces, like a mucus layer or membrane. It would probably look good with additive blending.zackfire wrote:I like that last piece, the claw one. It's very crisp and even looking. On the opposite end of the spectrum, that honeycombed piece is my least favorite. It just looks off, living creatures aren't necessarily symmetrical, but I can't imagine that on an animal.
Maybe I should do some plant like /fungus parts.unsunghero10 wrote:fungus?
Lovecraft anyone?

(thank you wiki)
Space fungi are always interesting, they seem to be the only way to make zombie ships.
This is interesting...

Anyway to make custom cores? brains

Yes that looks much better, I can imagine placing this on a ship.
EDIT: Like the guy below me said, if there was a couple variations of this, it would be really useful.

SO I'm continuing to work. Going to add a few more complex exoskeleton pieces, then a few basic small ones and then move on to the organs, tentacles, muscles, veins and so on. Then I'll do some more fungus like things, maybe some plant. After that I'll release the pack as v.1.0 and start changing or adding what needs to be changed or added.
