They seem balanced to me.

Railguns are difficult to balance due to going through sections and are able to reach the core easily, but you made the fire rate on those things quite slow so it isn't a huge issue. Just try not to use them on too many ships, okay?

Also, try to mention in the OP that you use blue lasers.

Oh, and your engines are teamcoloured.

Those aren't railguns, they are Sabotage Cannons, they act like railguns but they blow up after going through, but don't worry, the radius is pretty small and it is slow, and only for that specific ship.

It's not a sabotage cannon, it's a sabot cannon.

Sabot =/= Sabotage
