While working on one of my ships, the shipbuilder would not open the save dialog box when I clicked the save ship command.
I continued working, thinking it would let me later, a bad mistake.
I captured a screenshot of my ship just in case it wouldn't let me save it, so I could recreate it later.
While working, I pressed Ctrl + Z to undo a simple mistake.
The ship builder did not approve of this and proceeded to turn my ship into what the screenshot shows you instead.

I died a little inside this day.

I realize that the game wouldn't load the save dialog, because there was a colon (:) in the ship's name.
Realizing that all of this could've been prevented, I died a little more inside.

weird glitch... huge epic fail of naming you're ship... lost a beautiful design. the story of my life.
