I have them set as follows:
Trigger on action 1;
movement reach target
Trigger on action 2;
disabled
Trigger off action 1;
, (comma)
Trigger off action 2;
disabled
The weapon(s) that I have set this way are linked to a moving section, I want them to work only when the section has reached its target, but they don't. What am I doing wrong?

The online/offline triggers are notoriously unreliable.
