engine problems

Post by kk120 »

okay well I've got some weird engine problems, when I rotate the engines (say 120 degrees) on my ship it says its rotated in ship-maker and it even shows it rotated in the parameters tab, but when I put my ship into sandbox the engines are in the default position, anyone know how to fix this?

also in the work-spot in ship maker the engine isn't shown rotated but like I said it shows it rotated on the left side where you adjust the parameters

if you change the angle in the ed tab and don't click on the background of the shipmaker the settings go back to default, i think that's what your problem is.

Don't change the rotation - change the Arc Offset feature near the bottom. That should do the trick. Just set it to whatever you want the rotation to be.

try using J and L to rotate thrusters rather than using the EDIT tab, it changes the angle as well as the rotation
There is no OP, there is only more boosters...
