How do you get theese lights!!!

I was going over the forum the other day and i went to ~Archalieus Shipyards~ it waas soo nice but I always wondered How do you get those yellow lights on the ships?

Rule of thumb for Fake Aegis glows:

A. Blur dictates the brightness of the glow, the higher it is, the more saturated the glow is.

Spread dictates how far the aegis will go, thinning it out and making it less bright. Be careful with this, as you might end up with glow shadows.

Crap never mind! when i try to spread it it glows but now like concentrated like Archielous's Ships And when i try to make it smaller with spread it Gets huger or it just doenst look like anything!
