Min-Max Target size not working.......

i make some changes on my HW G.a.w ships, im using the Min-Max Target size for make more realistic combats (machineguns shots to small ships, Kinetic canons to medium-big ships, etc) but it don't work...
For more info:
i just change the min-max target size values, the next are some of them:

Fighters size 28-55 ----------------------------> Max target size: 60 (Min:0)
Frigates, Capital ships size 120 (or more)---> Min target size: 100 (max:999999)

Why don't work?

Min/max target size is currently broken.
It'll be fixed, eventually. I hope.
