You need to be more specific. Do you mean to get sections into the shipmaker? You said extract which has me confused.

Extraction is done en masse.
What program are you using?

Jwa: I think he's extracting the sections one by one.
Don't you have stuff to do?

Yes you have to do it one by one when your importing sprites but is there a way to just extract all of them at one time?

Wait, wait, wait...
With extracting, you mean when you put the stuff in the custom sprites folder or when you put them into SM?

That's importing, not extracting.
The things are continents apart.

let me correct that for you first and then answer your question.

The SM grid is the ''workplace'', where you build your ship, so if you have group arrange up to import sections, you select all the sections in the folder you want to use( have your BSF window open(program files/BSF/custom sprites*), then drag them into the open group arrange or just straight onto the ship maker, this should make the sections appear in either the group your currently in with ~ or in the group you placed it in via the group arrange, if the parts are gif you can get a question if you want to import them as sections or as doodads, i personally allways go for sections, for the doodad option seems bugged.
Nothing is forever. It can't be. 'Cause everyone changes.

"Folder To TxT" program -> this program make an directory on one .txt file with all the archive names inside of one folder, oh... and is totally free!. :D

actualy i have All SWized sections on 1 .ini file maked by my hands, is not easy but now i can make anything very fast, and other thing, i have another .ini file with ALL the Sections, Doodads, Bullets Etc created on this forum hehe :D

Did you actually read the thread? You can just drag the pngs into shipmaker, then save the ini.

It never ceases to amuse me how some people try so hard to complicate their own lives.

yes, use "group arrange", just select all the sections and move all to one of the groups, after that you can organize the groups. :D
