Can't install Custom sprites?

My main question is to how am I suppose to install custom sprites to work with custom ships... I know where custom ships belong, but not so much the custom sprites location. So anyone willing to help understand where they belong?

I did that and nothing happens... This is one of the errors I get even with the sprites installed like you said.

The error message:

Missing sprite!

Custom sprites\ddc420 Custom sprites\Weapons\magnetic-accelerator-WIP.png

tells us the game is looking for file 'magnetic-accelerator-WIP.png' inside 'Custom sprites\ddc420 Custom sprites\Weapons\'


Having the sprite isn't enough, it must be in be the right place inside the custom sprite folder of your BSF game folder.

Well I'm also having this issue and I have them in the right folders (that I'm aware of) so how can I fix this if someone is willing to give me a short guide I'd appreciate it...!
