Color Problem

I'm currently working on a ship right now (I can't add a picture now but I'll try later tonight when I get home) and I just started to add custom colors to it. It looks fine in ship maker but when ever I go out in sandbox with it the colors start to fade as they move away from the center of the ship. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem? Please Help.
Anna does hate me, and now I have this sig I cannot remove to prove it.

do you have gradient settng turned off in the options menu, and it the glow colour turned to black?
There is no OP, there is only more boosters...
