Shimmer problems

Shimmer looks kinda stupid on the ship i'm working on atm. I know how to turn shimmer off individually for each section, but is there a way to turn shimmer off for all sections simultaneously?

bfconfig.ini -> Shimmer

Replace the 1 with a 0. We couldn't find room for it in the options menu.
