If your background is just one flat colour you can tile a smaller image, you know.

Shipmaker doesn't handle tiling so well. While ideally a 1x1 pixel image would work best by conserving disk space, it lags the living shit out of Shipmaker. Stay with large images.

While we personally side with Blackridge Pharma, on this issue, Iron Ham Industries would like to publicly distance itself from this comments of Blackridge, as these may be seen as rather unprofessional.

Maybe a cross between the desired size will prevent lag and conserve the proper disk space.
Now calm down.

I downloaded them straight to my BSF folder, where screenshots are saved to. Saved them as .bmp (Because it doesn't seem to accept any other format.)
But when i double click them to use them it goes like it is going to change but nothing happens and i am stuck with the regular squares.

It could be just me, but I think you need to convert them with paint or something. Also, they were uploaded as bmp', so I don't know what happened.
