Help on creating a shock cannon:

Post by ShizukaNekoShiki »

(Ignore the mews). mew- I want to know how to create a shock cannon that stuns my enemies when they get in range. mew- (Like it sends a lighting rod bullet at my enemy & it makes them disabled for a certain amount of time then their online again). mew-
My ships are over powered in the front of them & are slow moving giants. mew- Image

What you can do is use triggers to hook up a frosch gun to a Tesla gun, make the frosch projectile really small so it's hard to see and put one over the other. It will seem like the tesla shot is the one doing the stunning, while it's actually the frosch thing.

Or just resprite the EMP torpedo and set the target tracking to 0 to make it unguided.

Besides, the Frosch is a module. Triggers don't work with those.

Oh, right, I forgot about that.

I guess it only works with EMPs, then. Afaik, EMPs are broken in vanilla, and you need to have a modded version to use them, such as the fighterbay version.
