Just a small question.

Does colouring or anything else cost money?

What? It obly takes about a minute of adding and counting stuff you Need, about 1 minute of planning and 30 seconds of building. the hard part is painting.

P.S, I think the lancet beam is needed on at least one ship. I don't have that so somone else will have to make it.

... This is a team game. And chances are it won't work that well with your team and probably isn't that great since it hasn't been refined at all.

Meh, I have about ten more. Hmm, Maybe a team talk thread?

Anyway, I have plans for all the Bosses. You just need a good plan.

Right, I forgot this was your first tournament. Remember, teamwork, young man, teamwork. You're working in teams of 8, not as a soloist, so don't rush your designs. I personally like to take almost an hour's worth of time just to perfect one design - that is, creating it, fine-tuning it, attempting practical voodoo, rechecking point tabulations, attempting voodoo again, taking screenshots, hosting the file, attempting voodoo yet again, before shipping it out to teammates. And painting doesn't count in your final results. Tournament ships are usually very dull and unaesthetic, so I'd recommend you spend your time instead working on the design. It will pay off in the end.

Hint on lancets: Team Alpha used lancet spam to great effect in the Assault the Mothership 2 tournament. So I think it just could be replicated this time around.

I'm thinking this:

NEON LIGHT ILLUSION:

Description: This mysterious beast began harrasing outposts only several days ago. So far recon has only found out that it is made of some sort of transparent material containing glowing pouches, which has an invulnerable shell surrounding it.
Tips: Study the set-up closely...
One well placed lancet beam could turn that ship into a pinball machine. and look closely at the image, You'll se parts that are near invisible.

That would take one hell of a lucky shot, man. Lancets ain't that accurate.
