Hopefully I can put the tools to good use.
EDIT: I'm just shuffling a few things around. If a tournament is ongoing, it will be stickied. If it's been dead for at least a month or it's finished, then it will be unstickied. Fairly simple, really. The index is also now an announcement, and I'll be keeping it up to date as well as I can (please let me know if I should update it).
