Orkamedes- beta.

Here is my scenario. It puts you at the lead of a squadron of Imperial Cruisers during the 3rd War for Armageddon. It is completely unfinished at the moment, but I need to know how far you get, so that I know what units to add and when. Each of your ships have a different name, but the only one which is different is the Minotaur. I know it needs tweaking, as its damage is too low.

Question: are we supposed to win, or is this one of those battles where you do as much damage as you can, then die spectacularly?

Depends on how I feel when ive got more comments. At the moment, im pretty certain you can't win, but if I find out how far people get, then I can alter it and add/take away units.

Well, I won it, with all three ships still very much alive and kicking (and indeed, this was made more difficult when the Draos' thrusters were blown off and it was reduced to .01 acceleration), and it only took me three tries... The first time my ships were caught in a meteor shower and were cored, and the second time I clicked 'abort' on the error message that appeared when one of the kamakazie ships exploded instead of 'ignore'...

Using the broadside beamers and blasters, it was fairly easy to keep the enemy ships at range by constantly blowing off sections...

So, yea, so much for your unwinnable mission Mjolnir... :D

Fair enough, it must be because i kept getting done in by being badly placed when the Ramships warp in. More ships for them it is then.

It is the version i meant to upload the first time, with some anticamping measures implemented. It has all the ships I meant to have in the first version, but due to idiocy on my part didnt.

Are you supposed to be able to beat the wave with millions of Onslaughts and several Kill Kroozers? (around 2 waves after the ramships I think) Anyway that wave makes the game run really slowly with all the ships.
