I'd like to note something- the deadline is March 22nd. I expect all of you to have your ships in by then. I do recognize that its Easter weekend though, so if you need an extension, please let me know before the 22nd, and I might give you until Monday. You've had plenty of time though, so you best come up with a good excuse. No entries will be accepted after midnight on the 22nd.
And thats the midnight between the 22nd and the 23rd before someone asks.

Can someone help me out. How do I submit my fleet using a PM.
Do I upload them to the ship database first? Is there a more private way to send my ships?

Just upload your ships/zip archive on mediafire

After it will give you a forums link, copy that link then include it in your pm.

I understand now. I should have thought of this. I'll try using my AOL web space to upload the files since I'm more familiar with that already. If that doesn't work then I will use the mediafire.com method.

Don't be too disappointed, I would have made one mimicking your style if I knew what the hell type of ships you made besides those square ones.
