The following criteria must be met for all ships submitted:

1: The ship must use one of the Alliance-approved core layouts:

Small Cores:

Medium Cores:

Large Cores:

If you wish to propose a new core layout, please post your design here.

2. All teamstripes, glows and coloring are to use the following colors: (0, 128, 192), (0, 191, 255) and (0, 128, 255)(RGB)

3. All weaponry are to use the following sprites:

4: All ships must be class designated as follows:

Prefixes:
Prefixes consist of AA, the ship class, the number of ship in the same class, and the first and last letter of the designer's name. Version numbers are added after the name.

Ex: AA-D3-LT-(Name) means 3rd destroyer to date, by me (LactoseTolerant).
Water_and_Wind wrote:For consistency's sake, we're going to need to decide ship size classifications so that one person's 'frigate' isn't the same size as another's 'battleship'. What we decide on is not that important, the only thing that matters is that we are consistent. Here's my personal suggestion:

<50: Gunship
[50,75): Corvette
[75, 100): Frigate
[100, 150): Destroyer
[150, 200): Cruiser
[200, 250): Battlecruiser
>=250: Battleship
More to come.

Hey Lactose, I have a few nitpicks,
I believe the two tube launcher fits the missile launcher perfectly (clip size 2 you know)
Also the Hatch thats opening should have use as a drone launcher as well
We also need a ship naming system; something like AA (Azure Alliance) D (destroyer-ship classification) 2(model number, however it could just be a random number for the sake of feeling techy) M(member letter, determines who made the thing, I like M, so I get M) 3(design number, I like to think of it as how many times it was completely revamped for me) <name> (name of ship...der)

so all together it would be
AA-D2 M3 <insert random name here>

Also for the color you should provide some leeway,
and another thing, why are some of you making the cores green-ish?

The colours that most people have been using, including the very cores posted here, seem to be closer to (0, 191, 255). I propose having (0, 191, 255) and (0, 128, 255) as extra shades that people can use. (ironically, the coloured text uses 0x0080ff, or 0, 128, 255).

Which two-tube launcher?

The cores were green as I had them on team colors. Fixed.

Done. The core blue dot is colored white, as adding other shades of blue to it makes it too dark.

Er, the one that doesn't really look like a missile launcher
However, I think that Horsemonsters drone launcher should actually be a drone launcher. Its the hatch thing that opens, you put it under heavy Missile launcher.

Does anyone still have the darker medium core? Filesmelt doesn't have it anymore.
