Trouble is that the video is in such poor quality that it doesn't really tell us much...

Is the Enemy Explode graphic different?
I think some of the Attack points are different. For Example, the part where it says "Press S for Vulcan Spread", You get Ambushed from all sides.

That one attack, where the Big Enemy ships get engulfed in blue Seeker stuff, which is it? Is it new, or an existing special modified?

Yea the explosion graphics are different, some combos have changed too (the list is inaccurate).

Everything looked a bit faster as well.
But maybe I just get a bad framerate...
