Are you using a molex adapter for your side panel fan?
Might be worthwhile using a motherboard fan header if you can - doing so should allow the motherboard to control the fan speed based on temperature, which should result in less noise when not under load
Is that a hard drive sitting on the bottom of the case? O_o
