True, very true.

But I am one of the few DoTA haters that actually... Hate DoTA.

I've played it. I'm horribly good at it (I suppose that's due to my AoS skill). I don't like it.

I have my own theory why people who are not noobs play DotA.

DotA is a game for noobs. Yes, you read right, I wrote noobs, not newbs. You control a single character in the most exciting way possible, a+click, sometimes a heal potion. Whoever realises he can right-click instead of a+click will attain a higher level and kill the noobs around him. After that it's spam wars.
But there are some players who dislike DotA, generally experienced and I'd even say good players. They may go to a LAN party or an online game with some friends and be forced to play DotA once. They are playing it and hating it, thinking that any minute now they'll end this stupidity of a game, start a 4v4 and play W3 as god intended it to.
The match ends, the player is victorious, and suddenly, the player experiences something he doesn't get to experience very often. "Dude, you're like the best DotA player I've ever seen, that game was leet!" says the guy sitting next to him. Thinking he's just using sarcasm to insult him be cause he probably used some cheese tactic, he brushes off the comment, but then comes the other dude with the same thing to say. "Could this be it?" the player thinks. "Could this be the game that I rule at?" and so he continues to play it, not because he enjoys playing the game, but because he enjoys pwning noobs, taking them to school and spanking them. His soul rots, his heart turns to stone, but he continues to play, just to pump his ego.

Does anyonebody agree?

As a Doctor*, I prescribe a week long session of Total Annihilation followed by 2 days intensive Supreme Commander. And then you can be free of all this W3 sillyness.

*not really
