Wyrdysm Games

I know its kind of rude to ask anyone if they know a game on a fourm about a game with the same theme,But however im not looking for a game simmilar to BSF.Now,anyone happen to know a game where you can create fleets (Not of players)Upgrade ships and launch attacks on other planets,and that is free?Theese kinds of games are hard to come by,but i imagined someone must know something.

Well,i gues ill shoot for starsector,seems neat,good games don't come free theese days and i can't blame them
