I've been toying around with Star Sonata
Pros: Simple top-down MMORPG, almost no lag, There are threads on how to import custom ship images into the game (located on the developer's site), there is PVP (just target some one), base building, and squad play, deep upgrading (especially with hacks), Extensively large universe.
Cons: Gets boring fairly quick, Graphics aren't all there, The opening isn't all clear (help chat aids this though).
Note: The general Hacks that are easly done are image changes, I am currenly unaware of any gameplay hacks as it seems as if there are none.
Space ship games. Know any?

Alls Requiem, my current project, with many more to come. Feel free to critique my site as much as you please.
Yeah. That was a good one. I even modded it a bit to suit my own liking(multiplying the non-auxiliary ships' prices by 10).Magick wrote:Flash Trek: Broken Mirror.

You're also forgetting the part where it's free to level 20 or so.IBurn36360 wrote:I've been toying around with Star Sonata

Speaking of which, on the 22nd, two weeks free play in Darkspace was given to everyone. That is in addition to the free 14-day coupon with the game.

Hmm, it does give some much needed emotion to Nexus, but otherwise I think it's a bit cheesy.Malahite wrote:For all Nexus fans: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hB3AZW6HKnc
