Model kits, kit hobbies?

Post by Aralonia »

Anyone else do kit hobbies here?

Gotten started with Gundam model kits a few weeks ago. Bought this.

I have an MG Zaku II 2.0 in a box, too, that I got earlier. Anyone else do stuff like this? Ships, tanks, whatever? LEGO?

I make gundam model kits as well. One of my more completed kits is Gundam Zwei, repainted a bit.

Pictures are big so i won't image tag.

I've got an unfinished Elefant in my room :? I should probably finish it. I can't really afford much more than plastic WWII models and that sort of stuff.

I've a few unfinished AeroTech things laying around somewhere. I underestimated the cost and time associated with purchase/assembly and eventually put it all on hiatus indefinitely :?

What is it doing? Breakdancing? 0.o

[Edit:] Oh yeah, I did a motorized Zoids model a few years ago. Liger Zero, I believe. Scares the hell out of my cat when I turn it on.

I have a model plane I need to paint, since I don't have the money to get shiny robots to work on.

I have two Gundam models, and a third not-yet built. Never dared to paint them since I'm more likely to completely fuck them up.

I have this huge model of a Venator class stardestroyer on my closet...in a box. Unfortunately, I don't have time nor place to build it.
Check out The Star Wreck project!

It's in the Neo dodging pose, except instead of totally dodging, it's also flipping you off.

It's also totally balanced while in that pose, which I think is awesome.
